About Us

It's Not Just
Cold Water.

Seattle Plunge Club is for people who want to start the day with energy, courage, and community.

It's about meeting good people, building confidence, getting outside, and choosing community over comfort, again and again.

We're not a gym. We're not a class. We're a crew of Seattleites who show up before the city wakes up, jump into cold water together, and feel genuinely alive for the rest of the day.

Safety First. Always.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Lake Union is cold, deep, open water. Plunge at your own risk. Go slowly, buddy up, and never enter the water if you feel unsafe.

The plunge is always optional. You're absolutely welcome to come for coffee and community only. Zero pressure to get in the water.
